This really needs to go to the openembedded-core list. It also means we
have to bump the minimum bitbake version. I have queued this in master-
next along with a version bump.
Since OE-Core does change quite quickly and there have been changes,
the patch also didn't 100% apply. Could you check for the recipes where
the changes didn't apply and send an updated against master-next to the
oe-core list please?
