mmc: ushc: fix NULL-deref at probe
to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
mmc-ushc-fix-null-deref-at-probe.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

Make sure to check the number of endpoints to avoid dereferencing a
NULL-pointer should a malicious device lack endpoints.
