This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
iwlwifi: mvm: Use aux queue for offchannel frames in dqa
to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
iwlwifi-mvm-use-aux-queue-for-offchannel-frames-in-dqa.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

Since offchannel activity doesn't always require a BSS, e.g. ANQP
sessions, offchannel frames should not use the BSS queue, because it
might not be initialized.
Use the auxilary queue instead
