USB: serial: keyspan_pda: fix receive sanity checks
to the 4.4-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
usb-serial-keyspan_pda-fix-receive-sanity-checks.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.

Make sure to check for short transfers before parsing the receive buffer
to avoid acting on stale data.
