This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
dm rq: check blk_mq_register_dev() return value in dm_mq_init_request_queue()
to the 4.11-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
dm-rq-check-blk_mq_register_dev-return-value-in-dm_mq_init_request_queue.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.11 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,
please let <stable@vger.kernel.org> know about it.

Otherwise the request-based DM blk-mq request_queue will be put into
service without being properly exported via sysfs.
