This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
dm space map disk: fix some book keeping in the disk space map
to the 3.18-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
dm-space-map-disk-fix-some-book-keeping-in-the-disk-space-map.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.18 subdirectory.

When decrementing the reference count for a block, the free count wasn't
being updated if the reference count went to zero.
