The patch below does not apply to the 4.9-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

Use amdgpu_vm_bo_update_mapping() instead of amdgpu_vm_bo_split_mapping() here.

We don't want any flags set in the cleared areas and splitting
shouldn't be necessary.
