Patch "drm/amd/powerplay/smu7: disable mclk switching for high refresh rates" has been added to the 4.9-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    drm/amd/powerplay/smu7: disable mclk switching for high refresh rates

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     drm-amd-powerplay-smu7-disable-mclk-switching-for-high-refresh-rates.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

Even if the vblank period would allow it, it still seems to
be problematic on some cards.
