Subject: Patch "fs: add i_blocksize()" has been added to the 4.9-stable tree
Date: Mon, 12 Jun 2017 13:38:21 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1497267501246182@kroah.com> (raw)
This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
fs: add i_blocksize()
to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:
http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary
The filename of the patch is:
fs-add-i_blocksize.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,
please let <stable@vger.kernel.org> know about it.

Subject: fs: add i_blocksize()
From: Fabian Frederick <fabf@skynet.be>
commit 93407472a21b82f39c955ea7787e5bc7da100642 upstream.
Replace all 1 << inode->i_blkbits and (1 << inode->i_blkbits) in fs
branch.
This patch also fixes multiple checkpatch warnings: WARNING: Prefer
'unsigned int' to bare use of 'unsigned'
Thanks to Andrew Morton for suggesting more appropriate function instead
of macro.
