Subject: [PATCH] kvm: vmx: allow host to access guest MSR_IA32_BNDCFGS
It's easier for host applications, such as QEMU, if they can always
access guest MSR_IA32_BNDCFGS in VMCS, even though MPX is disabled in
guest cpuid.
