This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    thp, mm: fix crash due race in MADV_FREE handling

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     thp-mm-fix-crash-due-race-in-madv_free-handling.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

If somebody frees the page under us and we hold the last reference to
it, put_page() would attempt to free the page before unlocking it.

The fix is trivial reorder of operations.
