Patch "drm/amdgpu: fix vblank_time when displays are off" has been added to the 4.12-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    drm/amdgpu: fix vblank_time when displays are off

to the 4.12-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     drm-amdgpu-fix-vblank_time-when-displays-are-off.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.12 subdirectory.

If the displays are off, set the vblank time to max to make
sure mclk switching is enabled.  Avoid mclk getting set
to high when no displays are attached.
