Subject: patch "iio: trigger: stm32-timer: fix get trigger mode" added to staging-linus
Date: Sun, 20 Aug 2017 10:46:42 -0700	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <15032512021872@kroah.com> (raw)

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

iio: trigger: stm32-timer: fix get trigger mode

to my staging git tree which can be found at
    git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/staging.git
in the staging-linus branch.

The patch will show up in the next release of the linux-next tree
(usually sometime within the next 24 hours during the week.)

The patch will hopefully also be merged in Linus's tree for the
next -rc kernel release.

If you have any questions about this process, please let me know.

Subject: iio: trigger: stm32-timer: fix get trigger mode

Fix reading trigger mode, when other bit-fields are set. SMCR register
value must be masked to read SMS (slave mode selection) only.

Fixes: 9eba381 ("iio: make stm32 trigger driver use
INDIO_HARDWARE_TRIGGERED mode")
