Patch "net/mlx5: Fix arm SRQ command for ISSI version 0" has been added to the 4.12-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    net/mlx5: Fix arm SRQ command for ISSI version 0

to the 4.12-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     net-mlx5-fix-arm-srq-command-for-issi-version-0.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.12 subdirectory.

Support for ISSI version 0 was recently broken as the arm_srq_cmd
command, which is used only for ISSI version 0, was given the opcode
for ISSI version 1 instead of ISSI version 0.

Change arm_srq_cmd to use the correct command opcode for ISSI version
0.
