Patch "team: fix memory leaks" has been added to the 3.18-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    team: fix memory leaks

to the 3.18-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     team-fix-memory-leaks.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.18 subdirectory.

In functions team_nl_send_port_list_get() and
team_nl_send_options_get(), pointer skb keeps the return value of
nlmsg_new(). When the call to genlmsg_put() fails, the memory is not
freed(). This will result in memory leak bugs.
