Subject: Please apply fc61e83a2930 (iTCO_wdt) to stable
Date: Wed, 11 Oct 2017 16:52:47 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1507733567.19715.11.camel@suse.com> (raw)

Please consider applying

commit fc61e83a29308601e6e8a0759e24fc8fe2122692
watchdog: Revert "iTCO_wdt: all versions count down twice"

to 4.13-stable and 4.12-stable. If this patch is missing, some systems
silently reboot when the watchdogs fires prematurely.

Only 4.12 and 4.13 are affected.

Thanks,
Martin
