Subject: mmc: core: prepend 0x to pre_eol_info entry in sysfs

From: Bastian Stender <bst@pengutronix.de>

commit 80a780a167d9267c72867b806142bd6ec69ba123 upstream.

The sysfs entry "pre_eol_info" was missing the 0x prefix to identify it
as hex formatted.
