Subject: x86/platform/UV: Convert timers to use timer_setup()
From: Kees Cook <keescook@chromium.org>
commit 376f3bcebdc999cc737d9052109cc33b573b3a8b upstream.
In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer to
all timer callbacks, switch to using the new timer_setup() and from_timer()
to pass the timer pointer explicitly.
