x86/mm/pti: Force entry through trampoline when PTI active
to the 4.14-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.

Force the entry through the trampoline only when PTI is active. Otherwise
go through the normal entry code.
