I pulled these into master-next for testing but we saw:
https://autobuilder.yocto.io/builders/nightly-oe-selftest/builds/753/steps/Running%20oe-selftest/logs/stdio
You can reproduce with:
oe-selftest -r pkgdata.OePkgdataUtilTests
