Patch "scsi: sg: disable SET_FORCE_LOW_DMA" has been added to the 4.9-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    scsi: sg: disable SET_FORCE_LOW_DMA

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     scsi-sg-disable-set_force_low_dma.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

The ioctl SET_FORCE_LOW_DMA has never worked since the initial git
check-in, and the respective setting is nowadays handled correctly. So
disable it entirely.
