Subject: cpupowerutils: bench - Fix cpu online check
From: Abhishek Goel <huntbag@linux.vnet.ibm.com>
[ Upstream commit 53d1cd6b125fb9d69303516a1179ebc3b72f797a ]
cpupower_is_cpu_online was incorrectly checking for 0. This patch fixes
this by checking for 1 when the cpu is online.
