Patch "quota: Check for register_shrinker() failure." has been added to the 4.14-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    quota: Check for register_shrinker() failure.

to the 4.14-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     quota-check-for-register_shrinker-failure.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

register_shrinker() might return -ENOMEM error since Linux 3.12.
Call panic() as with other failure checks in this function if
register_shrinker() failed.
