The patch below does not apply to the 4.4-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit
id to <stable@vger.kernel.org>.

Subject: [PATCH] mmc: dw_mmc: Factor out dw_mci_init_slot_caps

Factor out dw_mci_init_slot_caps to consolidate parsing
all differents types of capabilities from host contrllers.
No functional change intended.
