Patch "KVM: x86: move LAPIC initialization after VMCS creation" has been added to the 4.14-stable tree

    KVM: x86: move LAPIC initialization after VMCS creation

to the 4.14-stable tree which can be found at:

The initial reset of the local APIC is performed before the VMCS has been
created, but it tries to do a vmwrite:
