Patch "earlycon: add reg-offset to physical address before mapping" has been added to the 4.9-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    earlycon: add reg-offset to physical address before mapping

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     earlycon-add-reg-offset-to-physical-address-before-mapping.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

It will get the wrong virtual address because port->mapbase is not added
the correct reg-offset yet. We have to update it before earlycon_map()
is called
