Patch "IB/mlx4: Change vma from shared to private" has been added to the 4.4-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    IB/mlx4: Change vma from shared to private

to the 4.4-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     ib-mlx4-change-vma-from-shared-to-private.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.

Anonymous VMA (->vm_ops == NULL) cannot be shared, otherwise
it would lead to SIGBUS.

Remove the shared flags from the vma after we change it to be
anonymous.

This is easily reproduced by doing modprobe -r while running a
user-space application such as raw_ethernet_bw.
