Subject: patch "xhci: Fix Kernel oops in xhci dbgtty" added to usb-linus
Date: Sun, 22 Apr 2018 15:29:25 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1524403765206231@kroah.com> (raw)

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

xhci: Fix Kernel oops in xhci dbgtty

to my usb git tree which can be found at
    git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/usb.git
in the usb-linus branch.

The patch will show up in the next release of the linux-next tree
(usually sometime within the next 24 hours during the week.)

The patch will hopefully also be merged in Linus's tree for the
next -rc kernel release.

If you have any questions about this process, please let me know.

Subject: xhci: Fix Kernel oops in xhci dbgtty

tty_unregister_driver may be called more than 1 time in some
hotplug cases,it will cause the kernel oops. This patch checked
dbc_tty_driver to make sure it is unregistered only 1 time.
