Patches were based on SPDK v17.10 and can't be applied cleanly on upstream =
SPDK.
But it should be OK for discussion.

[RFC PATCH 1/4] changed vhost to support multi-process access same target
[RFC PATCH 2/4] support virtio-scsi to reconnect to vhost process when vhos=
t restart
[RFC PATCH 3/4] add ScanTarget to optimize spdk app start time
[RFC PATCH 4/4] rpc: add blocked version of rpc server with epoll
