Add mdss, dsi, dsi_phy, dsi pinctrl  and truly nt35597 panel nodes to
sdm845 MTP board dtsi.

Changes in v4:
	- patch introduced in the series
	- move around added nodes to preserve alphabetical order (Doug Anderson)
