Subject: patch "usb: cdc-acm: add entry for Hiro (Conexant) modem" added to usb-linus
Date: Tue, 20 Nov 2018 12:12:46 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <154271236641253@kroah.com> (raw)

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

usb: cdc-acm: add entry for Hiro (Conexant) modem

to my usb git tree which can be found at
    git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/usb.git
in the usb-linus branch.

The patch will show up in the next release of the linux-next tree
(usually sometime within the next 24 hours during the week.)

The patch will hopefully also be merged in Linus's tree for the
next -rc kernel release.

If you have any questions about this process, please let me know.

Subject: usb: cdc-acm: add entry for Hiro (Conexant) modem

The cdc-acm kernel module currently does not support the Hiro (Conexant)
H05228 USB modem. The patch below adds the device specific information:
	idVendor	0x0572
	idProduct	0x1349
