Subject: patch "usb: host: ehci-exynos: Fix error check in exynos_ehci_probe()" added to usb-linus
Date: Thu, 18 Jun 2020 10:41:35 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1592469695128137@kroah.com> (raw)
This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
usb: host: ehci-exynos: Fix error check in exynos_ehci_probe()
to my usb git tree which can be found at
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/usb.git
in the usb-linus branch.
The patch will show up in the next release of the linux-next tree
(usually sometime within the next 24 hours during the week.)
The patch will hopefully also be merged in Linus's tree for the
next -rc kernel release.
If you have any questions about this process, please let me know.

Subject: usb: host: ehci-exynos: Fix error check in exynos_ehci_probe()
If the function platform_get_irq() failed, the negative value
returned will not be detected here. So fix error handling in
exynos_ehci_probe(). And when get irq failed, the function
platform_get_irq() logs an error message, so remove redundant
message here.
