Subject: patch "iio: adc: ti_am335x_adc: remove omitted iio_kfifo_free()" added to staging-linus
Date: Fri, 15 Jan 2021 08:17:04 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1610695024208160@kroah.com> (raw)

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

iio: adc: ti_am335x_adc: remove omitted iio_kfifo_free()

to my staging git tree which can be found at
    git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/staging.git
in the staging-linus branch.

The patch will show up in the next release of the linux-next tree
(usually sometime within the next 24 hours during the week.)

The patch will hopefully also be merged in Linus's tree for the
next -rc kernel release.

If you have any questions about this process, please let me know.

Subject: iio: adc: ti_am335x_adc: remove omitted iio_kfifo_free()

When the conversion was done to use devm_iio_kfifo_allocate(), a call to
iio_kfifo_free() was omitted (to be removed).
This change removes it.

Fixes: 3c5308058899 ("iio: adc: ti_am335x_adc: alloc kfifo & IRQ via devm_ functions")
