Subject: [PATCH] ipv6/sit: fix ipip6_tunnel_get_prl return value

When kcalloc fails, ipip6_tunnel_get_prl() should return -ENOMEM.
Move the position of label "out" to return correctly.

Addresses-Coverity: ("Unused value")
