FAILED: patch "[PATCH] scsi: qla2xxx: Check if port is online before sending ELS" failed to apply to 5.10-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 5.10-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit
id to <stable@vger.kernel.org>.

CT Ping and ELS cmds fail for NVMe targets.  Check if port is online before
sending ELS instead of sending login.
