Unfortunately, the commit message mentions that no alternative fix is available, 
so I wouldn't hold my breath.

As a fellow QCNFA765 user in a non-Lenovo machine, previously on 6.9.1 which 
didn't include the hibernation patch, I resorted to a workaround of stopping the 
wifi interface, removing relevant modules (modprobe -r 'ath11k_pci' 'ath11k' 
'qmi_helpers') on suspend/hibernate and re-inserting ath11k_pci on resume via 
elogind system-sleep hooks. This is easily portable to a systemd-based setup.

This sidestepped any hibernation issues related to the module.
