All my machines have AWACS Rev 3 - but I haven't got the G4 going *yet*
(it's got 25+ Gbytes of audio/video on it... which kinda hampers
partitioning :-)...
The report I had about AWACS *not* byte-swapping was supposed to relate the
very _early_ models... it certainly works on my Lombard (OK that's not new
world... but very nearly)...
