	(never seen that written -- from MiB, anyway)

	Folks, you are SUPPOSED to be smart and replace 'ftp.kernel.org'
	with   ftp.XX.kernel.org  where XX is your NEAREST ccTLD.
	When you do that, does it really matter that you have to use
	some other tool than wget ?
