No, I'm afraid it doesn't :-(

Here are the dmesg (with some info cut out for brevity), the
/proc/interrupts and the lspci -vvvxxx from a 2.4.5-ac6 kernel with this
patch. I see in the dmesg the patch is active, but still I get:
