Unfrotunately, this is very off topic for this list, as evidenced by the many

Kind of hard to say, maybe sex...... (not much of a gift if you've already 
done it though)

Variable: from real cheap to 1 million dollars or more . It all depends on 
your means and the means of the rest of the family.

Unfortunately not. This, if such expressions come into play, is left up to 
the maginations of the participants.

Everything from geographic location to personal preference.
