Subject: 2.5.14 - sound again.

Looks like ALSA went bung again in 2.5.14. sound/core/misc.c still
fails to compile when running make modules. Jaroslav's patch takes care of
this, though another pops up:

gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux-2.5.10/include -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes
-Wno-trigraphs -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -fno-strict-aliasing -fno-common -pipe
-mpreferred-stack-boundary=2 -march=i686 -malign-functions=4 -DMODULE
-DMODVERSIONS -include /usr/src/linux-2.5.10/include/linux/modversions.h
-DKBUILD_BASENAME=opl3_drums -c -o opl3_drums.o opl3_drums.c
