Add
IPTABLES=/sbin/iptables  #(Or where your iptables binary is)

Change iptables to $IPTABLES

$IPTABLES -P FORWARD ACCEPT
$IPTABLES -P OUTPUT ACCEPT
$IPTABLES -P INPUT DROP
