Subject: rare but high delays
Date: Fri, 27 Sep 2002 15:33:32 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20020927133331.GA13627@atlantis> (raw)
Hi Folks
I'd like to know, if anybody else encounter the same phanomena as I do
I have a bridged firewall (netfilter, 2.4.19) in use and about every
300th package gets a delay of 8000ms... (usually it's much less... 80ms
worst 250ms)
so I wonder why... as soon as I clear the iptables, the hotspots are
gone...
So, any tips & tricks, hints or reports of same situations (solutions?)
are welcome.
Thanks
Philipp
