Hi.

There's no maintainer listed for the Alpha chips, so I'm sending
this patch to the list in hopes it finds its way to the right
hands.

I'm attaching a patchset of 25 small patches for switching arch/alpha to
use C99 named initializers. The uncompressed patch is about 60K.
