i am, rh 2.4.18-5 kernel (with rh-supplied lvm [1.0.3 + fixes])
8 cpus
8GB ram
two FC cards (emulex)
about 1 tb of space on an HP VA7xxx (through a brocade switch)
i have had other problems, but not the one you mention
