Linus didn't include vcalloc() and we gave up on that one. We were the only
ones using it anyway. Now it got reborn as a device-mapper private function
called dm_vcalloc().
Please get the recent patches from
http://people.sistina.com/~thornber/patches/2.[45]-stable,
apply and cross your fingers that Linus catches up ASAP ;)
