I have this problem: I should put USB port on an older box, that has no USB on its mainboard. I thought about an USB PCI card, but have no any experience with them. Are they completely supported, or what should I check befor buying one of them? And the other question: how should I set it up? (If I can use one of them) Is it that simple, that I just have to enable USB in the kernel? Does the kernel treats an USB PCI card the same as an on chip USB? If you point me to the correct documentation, it would be enouht too. Thanks in advance, Akos ________________________________________________ http://mailbox.hu - M=E1r SMS =E9rtes=EDt=E9ssel is! - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-newbie"= in the body of a message to majordomo@vger.kernel.org More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html Please read the FAQ at http://www.linux-learn.org/faqs
