Hello!

   Usually RedHat kernels version are in very little relation with
   vanilla kernel with same version.
   If you'd have canilla 2.4.18, you'd need
   2.4.18.pending and 2.4.19.pending
   With RedHat some of these patches might be already included, so
   you probably need to try and see it for yourself which ones are missing.
