Message-ID: <200212202211.46828.grasshopper@linuxkungfu.org> (raw)
All,
There was an #iptables channel on freenode for a long time that was
invite-only. Long-story-short, I got the freenode folks to let me reregister
it since it wasn't even being used. Freenode is, I think, the appropriate
place for such a channel. If there is already an 'official' iptables support
channel, please let me know. Else, let me invite you all to #iptables on
irc.freenode.net. People pop in all the time, and pop back out because I'm
usually the only one there. Hopefully it will become a useful forum if
people join and stay a while.
Again, please inform me and disregard if there is already such a channel.
Thanks,
Rocco
ps. If anyone involved with iptables or netfilter would like to claim
ownership of the channel, just let me know. Freenode will give it to you
anyway, but it might be smoother if we do it this way.
