Subject: No ACPI events after S3
Date: Fri, 28 Mar 2003 16:06:46 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20030328160646.GA32480@srcf.ucam.org> (raw)

After resuming from S3, nothing shows up in /proc/acpi/events.
Beforehand, everything is normal. Using 2.5.66 with the 2.5.55 ACPI
patches from Sourceforge.

(Separately, S4Bios still doesn't work for me - devices are suspended
and then the machine immediately resumes. I'm guessing that the tables
might be being economical with the truth when claiming to support it -
is there any way of checking what the BIOS actually does when sent an
S4Bios request?)
